Prices in Hurghada vary far more than quality does. A five-star hotel spa will quote EUR 60 to EUR 90 for a 60-minute massage; an independent partner spa in town delivers the same hour, with the same oils and often a more experienced therapist, from EUR 20.
Be sceptical in both directions. Under EUR 10 usually means a shared room, a rushed 40 minutes sold as an hour, or an aggressive upsell halfway through. Over EUR 70 in Hurghada is paying for a hotel lobby, not for better hands.
