Massage in Hurghada with hotel pickup — how the transfer actually works
Most visitors are staying in a resort ten to forty minutes from the spa, with no car and no interest in negotiating a taxi twice in one afternoon. Transfer is not a perk here; it is the thing that makes the booking possible at all.
The zones and what they cost
The Red Sea coast is long and the resorts are spread out, so the transfer price depends on where you are staying — not on which treatment you book.
- Hurghada, including Sakkala, El Mamsha, El Kawther, Village Road and the Hurghada marina area — included, round-trip, no charge.
- Makadi Bay — EUR 10 per guest, round-trip.

How the pickup runs on the day
The process is deliberately boring, which is the point when you are on holiday.
- You give your hotel name when you book. If you are in an apartment, give the building and the nearest landmark.
- You receive an email with the confirmed treatment time and the pickup time, which is usually about 30 minutes earlier.
- The driver waits in the hotel lobby or at the main gate, whichever your hotel allows. Some resorts do not let outside vehicles past the barrier.
- After the treatment the same driver brings you back to the same place. There is nothing to pay to the driver.
Timing, so you do not lose your afternoon
Allow roughly the treatment length plus an hour and a half in total. A 60-minute massage in Hurghada is realistically a two-and-a-half-hour outing door to door; a three-hour hammam-and-massage programme is most of an afternoon.
If you have an evening excursion, a boat trip the next morning or an airport transfer, say so in the booking notes. The spa will schedule you so the return leg is comfortably ahead of it rather than racing it.
Common transfer questions before they become problems
Two things go wrong most often, and both are avoidable at booking time. The first is a hotel with a strict gate policy, which is solved by naming the hotel exactly so the driver knows where to wait. The second is a booking made for the same afternoon in high season, when the driver rota is already full — a day's notice removes it entirely.
